The organisers are not liable or responsible for any mishaps, illegal activities and/or other misdemeanors sustained or caused by the participants. The Terms & Conditions stated here indemnifies HWA SENG  and/or its staff, management and/or associates against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and/or expenses incurred by HWA SENG in payment to a third party to settle a dispute or other matters caused by any client’s breach of conduct in relation to these terms and conditions.
